By submitting an order for a personalized, customized, or bespoke product, you (the Customer) agree to the following terms and conditions:
User-Generated Content & Intellectual Property: You represent and warrant that you own or have the explicit legal right to use any text, images, logos, or designs submitted for personalization. Lynne & Louise reserves the right to reject any order containing content that we deem, in our sole discretion, to be offensive, defamatory, profane, infringing on trademarks or copyrights, or otherwise inappropriate.
Final Approval & Customer Errors: You are entirely responsible for the accuracy of your personalization details. Please thoroughly review all spelling, grammar, punctuation, layout, and options before submitting your order. All personalized sales are final. Lynne & Louise is not liable for errors, typos, or incorrect selections made by the customer.
Color and Production Variations: Please note that actual product colors, textures, and engraving/printing outcomes may vary slightly from how they appear on your digital screen or preview proof. Minor variations in alignment, depth, or shading are inherent to the personalization process and do not constitute a product defect.
Returns and Refunds: Because personalized items are permanently altered and cannot be resold, they are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Returns or replacements will only be issued if Lynne & Louise makes a manufacturing error or if the item arrives damaged, provided you notify customer service within 7 days of delivery with photographic proof.
Production Timeline: Custom and personalized orders require extra processing time. Estimated shipping windows provided at checkout do not include production times, which may vary based on seasonal demand.
